General infomation

Carob cream with spirulina is unique in the world! We wanted to develop a tasty, healthy product that allows you to enjoy the complete nutritional contribution of spirulina in a very pleasant way! 
This is what we have achieved with the Monvital organic bakery in Valencia. 
Carob is being rediscovered for its health-giving properties. Some news sources call it a superfood, although we at Ecospirulina believe that there are very few foods with a nutritional profile as complete as that of spirulina. 
Carob is the fruit of the carob tree, which is very common on the Spanish Mediterranean coast. 
It has a taste very similar to cocoa which, together with other ingredients, tastes like total chocolate!
It is rich in nutrients, including
- polyphenols (tannins with anti-inflammatory, healing, antioxidant properties, lowers triglycerides, bad cholesterol (LDL),
- minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus), fibre and mucilage (fibre with anti-inflammatory, healing and antioxidant properties)
- fibres and mucilage (soluble fibre): help regulate intestinal transit, facilitate digestion and improve constipation problems.
Carob cream with spirulina also contains almond drink, hazelnut cream and almond cream. These nuts are very rich in essential fatty acids, minerals (magnesium, potassium, calcium), vitamin E and fibre. They help to improve cardiovascular health and prevent osteoporosis.

Almond drink* (water, almond, salt), agave syrup*, sunflower oil*, hazelnut paste*, almond paste*, carob powder*, corn starch*, spirulina*, natural vanilla flavouring, thickener: guar gum. *: organically produced. 
Note: guar gum is a natural thickener derived from guar beans, a plant of the legume family.  
Gluten-free, dairy-free. 

Preservation: 
Contains no preservative, so store in refrigerator once opened and consume within 7 days. 

Instructions for use: 
Consume as is or spread on bread, biscuits, etc.
